There is a new option which allows the Infinity Telephone Agent to automatically enlarge the Answer Phrase to ensure that the operator’s attention is drawn to the answer phrase and they are able to read it. The enlarged answer phrase temporarily increases the font size and the highlighted window size of the answer phrase and then returns it to the normal size after 5 seconds.
