HTML-2-Text Description

HTML-2-Text is a small application used for converting HTML files into plain text. HTML-2-Text places an icon on your desktop to which you can drag and drop files, or you can double-click it to operate upon text in the Clipboard. The program strips html tags from text and adds line feeds in accordance with optional margin settings. The result is rendered back out to a new file of the same name with a ".txt" extension (in the case of a drag-and-dropped file), or back out to the Clipboard (in the case of a double-clicked icon). Text does not have to be html. The utility also operates on plain text, or on a plain text file. NOTE: You will have to drag and drop the HTML file on the H2T.exe or its shortcut to convert it.
