This is a small and very easy to use program that will help you study and better understand Fermi energy. Here the Fermi-Dirac distribution is plotted. Even at absolute 0 due to the Pauli exclusion principle, many energy levels are populated. Only the upper electrons become free, but at these temperatures the distribution is still close to the absolute 0 limit.
