EasyTournament is a program that comes bundled with useful options and a well-structured environment for organizing sport tournaments, aiming at sport enthusiasts. It is based on Java, so that tool must be installed beforehand. The app has few sport names and allows you to create new ones. There are numerous tournament details that can be filled out, including a general description, start and end time and date, location, URL, and contact information. It is also possible to handpick details for game duration and points, establish ules (e.g. away defeats, draws, wins in direct games), as well as manage multiple events which can be imported from the app's database or newly created (e.g. goal or penalty type in case of soccer, points, opponent). Complex data may be assigned to teams and referees as well. Moreover, EasyTournament lets you view statistics, assign tasks to groups, view tables and statistics, as well as design various tournament diagrams (these can be exported to file) using standard drawing functions. The entire tournament can be saved to ETT or XML, while the designer may be customized in terms of fonts, colors, borders, and so on. Needless to say, EasyTournament is resourceful. It uses moderate-to-high RAM and low CPU, has a good response time, and works well. We have not found any problems in our tests, since the tool did not freeze, crash or pop up errors. The program should please all sport enthusiasts who want to manage detailed tournament information in a digital environment with ease.
