E-Chat allows chatting via email servers, uses fairly secure encryption and session initiation processes. E-Chat allows chatting via email servers, uses fairly secure encryption and session initiation processes. All e-mails will also contain a special header. Emails are unreadable by (regular emails) clients. E-Chat has some minor glitches and may not work with some email servers. Warning: E-Chat is incompatible with MOST email servers, but may work (at times) with Mailster. E-Chat is written so people with limited ability to chat (like on a strict network) can chat freely and securely, with little bandwidth usage. You can also use this on the internet for private conversations, but only on fast connections. This program DOES make alot of outgoing connections to the POP server, if this is the problem change the pickup time. Also E-Chat has support for timing out connections that freeze.
