The criteria to identify duplicates could be set easily, quickly and accurately. Once that has been done you are able to search for duplicates and remove them. This whole operation is simply a one click one. The interface is an intuitive one. It should be simple to master the tool. There are no complex wizards to go through to get started. As with search operations, you start with few key fields to find duplicates. If you find too many duplicates then you can tighten the search by adding more fields. Duplicates found are listed in the interface area. On a panel on the left you get a view of the mail folders so that you know exactly where you are looking. Below the duplicates list you have an item preview area where you could preview the selected duplicate items. You can decide to remove the item or not based on the preview you found. You can set removal criteria to get the removal done automatically. Search settings and removals setting controls are available to fine tune these criteria. Outlook gets to be slow and error prone when the PST file grows. That is bound to happen over time. It would be a good idea to clean the mail PST files of duplicates to get the size within manageable limits. This is a good product. Publisher's description:
