To use the Windows Form application, download DownloadWsp.exe To use the stsadm extension, download DownloadWSPStsAdmBin.zip: - extract it - add the DownloadWSPStsAdmBin.dll into the Gac - add the stsadmcommands.downloadwsp.xml file to 12\CONFIG folder - reset iis (iisreset)
