Dither & Noiseshaper Description

This SynthEdit module provides a Dither & Noiseshaper implementation with a fast gaussian dither and some unique noise shaping filters. The module is designed to run at 44100 Hz. The reason for this is, that the filters have to be recalculated for each sampling rate and I currently only did this for the 44.1 kHz case.
