DH_MIDIFilter+ Description

This SynthEdit module filters MIDI messages, allowing only those meeting the specified criteria to pass through. The standard SE MIDI Filter lets you select MIDI Note messages based upon minimum-maximum ranges for Channel, Note, and Velocity. The DH_MIDIFilter+ extends this principle to include all MIDI channel voice message status types. Inputs: MIDI In - Source of MIDI messages Status - Type of message to pass: All Note Off Note On Polyphonic Key Pressure Control Change Program Change Channel Aftertouch Pitch Bend Channel Min - Minimum MIDI channel to pass (1-16) Channel Max - Maximum MIDI channel to pass (1-16) Data1 Min - Minimum value to allow in Data1 byte (0-127) Data1 Max - Maximum value to allow in Data1 byte (0-127) Data2 Min - Minimum value to allow in Data2 byte (0-127) Data2 Max - Maximum value to allow in Data2 byte (0-127) Outputs: MIDI Out - Stream of messages meeting selection criteria MIDI Excluded Out - Stream of messages excluded by filter
