Carrier Strike Force for FSX 1.0 is an add-on for Microsoft flight simulator which features taking the user on board on a new aircraft and fly from three new carriers. The add-on features military equipments such as USS Bonhomme Richard, French Charles de Gaulle, British HMS Illustrious, F-35C Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter, AV-8B II Plus Harrier and Rafale M. It includes a moving carrier which helps in take-off and landing from a moving surface. It has a super accurate launch and recovery as it uses 3WireX technology. The add-on has five missions and six open ended mini training missions. It also includes maverick missile as well as aircraft accurate launch and recovery system. There are several carrier missions such as MiG Crisis, MiG Thunder 1, MiG Thunder 2, MiG Thunder 3, Joint Mission Training and HMS Illustrious Training. There are several practice missions packed with the add-on like Charles De Gaulle operations in Hawaii, Charles De Gaulle operations in Indian Ocean, Charles De Gaulle operations in Philippines, Charles De Gaulle operations in Suez Canal, HMS Illustrious operations in New Orleans and HMS Illustrious operations in the Panama Canal.
