The native format of meeting requests and task assignments are not readable on non-Outlook mail clients and hence you may not be able to communicate properly. Typically such recipients would get an error message that the content could not be read. On the other hand when the same information is sent as an email, it is readable on non-Outlook mail clients as well as on clients on devices like the iPhone. This tool gets around this problem and you do not need to remember if your friend or colleague has a Outlook client or not. As a first step, patterns for appointments and tasks are to be created. You need to provide just the parameters such as meeting time, addressee name etc. Additional parameters that could be used include subject, companies, starttime, startdate, duration, location, body, persons, endtime, enddate, response requested, role, due time, due date, importance. You create the templates using these parameters for appointments as well as tasks. Select the relevant parameters and create a styler.
