Apex Deletion Preventer is a lightweight and useful piece of software that provides you with the possibility to monitor and/or prevent file deletion. It also allows you to move the deleted files to a specified folder. NOTE: Deleting files to the Recycle Bin is not deleting but its simply moving a file to a special windows folder called Recycle Bin. Real deletion of files occurs when you SHIFT-DELETE a file or when you removes a file from the Recycle Bin.
