Also, they may have a podcast and want to edit it before uploading it to their website. If you are one of such persons, then this program can be useful for you. It has an easy-to-use interface that allows you to perform different operations. For example, you can cut unwanted sections of a file, add a fade-in and/or a fade-out effect, add or delete a silence, and so on. You can apply the different effects to the entire file or just to a section of it. To select the desired section, you only need to set the starting point by clicking on it with your mouse. Then, to select the ending point, you need to hold the mouse's button and drag the cursor to the ending point. If you are not satisfied with the modifications you made to your file, you can always undo and redo all of them. Besides all these advantages, the program also has different skins that allow you to customize its appearance. Maybe the only disadvantage is that there are free programs with pretty much the same functions. The shareware version shows a 'nag screen' every time the program starts.
