ASPFileIcon is COM object to retrieve file-associated icon from operating system (System Backup Software) and convert it to .GIF format for future use at your web page. Icon extracted directly from .EXE or .DLL file. If it's any other file or file does not consist any icon ASPFileIcon retrieve operating system associated icon like Windows Explorer do when show large icons in the window. Component returns default Windows icon if there is no associated icon. Anyway you'll receive some picture.
