Telnetchatd is a chatserver for unix-like operating sytems. It uses the telnet protocol and as a telnet client is preinstalled on any common desktop operating sytem, there is no need to install a special client. Written in plain C, it requires very little resources and runs on every device with a unix-like operating system and a network interface.
