sdf2xyz2sdf Description

Developed as an open source and Command Line-based application, sdf2xyz2sdf can be used to convert SDF files into TINKER XYZ ones. You can also use this software application to convert XYZs to SDFs. The sdf2xyz2sdf package contains two major apps, sdf2tinkerxyz, which can be used to quickly convert SDF files to XYZ ones, and tinkerxyz2sdf, a tool that can help you update SDF files with new coordinates. sdf2xyz2sdf also manages to assign MMFF94 atom / bond types and charges. Main features: Works with multi-molecule and V2000 / V3000 SDF files Any format can be converted to TINKER XYZ through OpenBabel
