project_Auriga Description

Project_Auriga has the ability to display Precision Lunar and Solar position with a star chart. It can also show all major Messier objects (star clusters, galaxies and nebulae). The Moon is shown short before moon-set on the right side with rings indicating -3dB and -10dB signal markers, which must be dedined in the setup. Main features: PA is a JAVA software package containing several programs. SW/VHF/UHF Logbook (imports format from my older programs RADIOMAN, VMT - see below) Log conversion to HTML format, which produces a logfile, you can publish on the internet. Import and export functions for RADIOMAN, CT RES files, BV QSL Labels, CSV etc. ADIF is working too in both directions, which I use often. Keeps track of your worked Callsigns. (Not fully implemented yet, but works well for me ...) Checks your worked Grid Squares per band (Partially integrated) Moontracking with a lot of detailed astronomical information given. Lunar and Solar tracking as a sky map showing the actual background stars, Messier Objects like nebulae, galaxies and star clusters. Pathloss calculation EMI calculator (from version 2.3.3 on) Generate a HTML list with actual lunar data.
