EditBy This filter will take the lower edge of an image and divide it into a number of tendrils that wave as you MOVE them. There are lots of controls that can give you a lot of different effects. Some of the operations can be intense in Flash Player. I would suggest taking the PBK and optimizing out the parts that you don't need and make a custom PBK. The zip in the sample contains a PBK, PBJ and an FLA that shows The Filter in action.
