This list determines not only the items to be processed but the order in which that is done. You have the controls available to not only to add and delete the files but also to change the order of the files. You specify the document path and you are in business. One major issue you need to keep in mind is that, significant amount of editing may be needed after OCR has been done. Even when the conversion is, say 99% accurate, a page containing 2500 characters will have 25 characters in error and for any real life document with hundreds of pages, the numbers can be high and you should plan for editing time.
