kalsamix is a full-featured mixer for ALSA and KDE. Its goal is to represent the mixer items with the same accuracy alsamixer does, adding all those features that a graphic interface allows. It's based directly on native ALSA mixer interface and doesn't rely on any mid-Layer, being it Arts, esd, jack or whatever: this way, the maximum depth in mixer control can be reached. KAlsaMix is designed not only to give full access to the soundcard items, but also to be as much as customizable as it can be.
