imgdysmo Description

imgdysmo is a small, simple, easy to use application, specially designed to help you with the smoothing of dynamic PET images in ECAT 6.3 and 7 format. Replaces pixel TACs with an average TAC of up to 5x5x5 neighbouring pixels which are selected based on the MRL (maximum run length) and AUC difference. Note that before application, the quantitativity of the regional results must be validated using appropriate material from similar PET studies.
