From Home Office Software: eDocManager allows you to take all your important documents and store them electronically. Each document is saved with a date, notes, and 'keywords' used to retrieve your documents later. So for instance, you could ask eDocManager to retrieve documents relating to your 'car', or more specifically, 'car insurance'. You could look for bills, statements or invoices that were dated sometime in January last year or see all your 'utility' bills in the last 6 months. All these types of searches are now simple. You don't have to think about where you might have filed a document or under what category, just type one or two keywords in to eDocManager and there it is. You no longer have to keep piles of papers, cupboards, boxes or filing cabinets. Because eDocManager works with jpeg and bitmap files, you can also use the system to categorize and retrieve your photos as well.
