Reduce recruiting costs - the key and lock system. Companies receive a large amount of applications. Applicants have to spend a substantial amount for their applications. Searching suitable personnel is time consuming and cost intensive. Applications received have to be opened, evaluated, acknowledged. The return of the documents causes postage costs and constitutes a burden for the administration. Using arCV these above mentioned costs are avoided: Applications are made by email, in the standard arCV-format which can be automatically evaluated by employers having arCVevaluation. The criteria required by the specific job as well as the application documents received are taken over into the arCVevaluation-Database. Decisions are informed to the applicants by email in a standard format. The reply is very easy and fast. arCV (the application part) and arCVevaluation (the evaluation part) are free. Version 4.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
