In short, the Yousendit service is a platform that allows you to share files with everyone that has an e-mail address. Thus, you can go to the website, upload a file, and it will be sent to the recipient you specify. There are no size limitations and the upload speeds are fast. The service is not free but there is a free trial for you to try. With this plug-in, you can save any file from Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc. and it will be sent to someone you want over the Internet. The main advantage of having this add-in is that you don't have to lose time opening up a web browser and sending the file. Simply stop working, save the file and keep on working. Meanwhile, the file will be uploaded and sent. This add-in is free so there isn't a cost involved here, but the whole service is only really beneficial when you send a lot of files regularly.
