WysMacs Description

WysMacs is a prototype editor for easily automating repetitive work in the spirit of Emacs but using familiar WYSWIG text editing commands. It can be shown by example how to do tedious tasks, and Ruby code can be inserted in the tasks.Give WysMacs a try to see what it's all about! A Word of Caution to the Prospective User:The current WysMacs program is a prototype, sufficiently solid to convince me that the concept is good, but the implementation is not commercial quality nor reliable enough for general use. You are welcome to experiment with it, and your thoughts and interest could definitely influence the direction this project takes. I am also willing to fix a small problem or two that you find impeding your use of WysMacs. However, my current priority is rewriting the program to produce a high quality product.
