This does not call for much of an expertise of an accountant. Most non-accountants will be able to start using the product fairly quickly. The tool allows quick data entry. All the accounting books can be created quickly and accurately. That includes the general ledger and other books. Vouchers required for recording expenses are also made easily. All sorts of financial reports that are needed are created by the tool. The software is available in two modes. One is the cloud based product where access to the accounting system hosted on the cloud is possible from any location, any office, anywhere in the world. The other model is a hosted version where the program is located on a server in the office network. Accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management features are provided. Sales order formats, invoices can be customized as needed by your business needs. Reporting is flexible. Like the sales order, purchase orders can be customized and created and managed easily. You would be able to track incoming invoices by cash sales, from customers, receipts settlements as well as outgoings purchase from suppliers, cash purchases and payments made. Creation of delivery notes, packing lists, etc. are also possible. Recurring transactions like all sales, purchases, expenditures and accounting inputs can be tracked and managed.
