All the emails a user reads, even on webmail sites, instant messages via MSN, ICQ, AOL, Skype and Yahoo Messenger, screenshots, websites visited, searching keywords, file/program downloads, applications used can be monitored. Besides monitoring, the tool also lets you actively enforce some controls. You can block unwanted or harmful websites, filter searching keywords, block chat conversations from unwanted people, etc. Besides being able to see the reports when you return to the computer, you can arrange the logs to be sent to a specific email address.
