You have then the convenience of reviewing these activity logs anywhere you are on the globe. In case the phone is not on a data plan, you can get the data retrieved from the phone directly. Both the incoming and the outgoing text messages are recorded. Incoming as well outgoing calls are logged, missed calls are logged too. If the numbers are from the phone book, you have the name details. These are logged even if the numbers and texts are deleted from the phone by the user. You need to install the tool physically on the device you want to monitor of course. The installation is easy and can be done in less than 30 seconds. The software will be completely invisible to the user. You can log-in to the manufacturer`s remote control panel. If you establish a physical access then you have more options. These include sync with a PC, recording on a SD card, emailing the log etc. The features look very attractive and even tempting but then the question is, is it legal? That is up to you to determine. Only clear legal position is when you own the phone, communication plan or if you advise the user ahead of the start of monitoring and he is willing to be subject of such monitoring.
