Internally the converter converts the file by calling ffmpeg.exe using the following command line. ffmpeg.exe -i input -acodec libfaac -ab 128kb -vcodec mpeg4 -b 1200kb -mbd 2 -flags 4mvtrell -aic 2 -cmp 2 -subcmp 2 -s 480x320 -title X output.mp4 Where input is the input file, X is the title of the video that will appear in iTunes and output.mp4 is the output file name.
