However, the tracks that are included in the game don’t always have a format that is recognized by the regular multimedia players. WinRipper is a light tool that was created to help you gather these tracks and convert them to formats supported by the music players. The app has a simple interface that should be easy to figure out, thanks to the intuitive layout. The program lets you locate the desired files by browsing the directories on the computer. You may select files that are part of a wide range of formats, such as MIDI, RMI, HMP, HMI, MUS, CMF, XMI, AUD, VOC, MOD, VQA, RIFF and SWF, to name just a few. These can be converted to several other formats, such as WAV and MID, which can be played by most apps. The directory for the output file can be defined from the interface before launching the conversion. The app may scan inside the extracted files and in the subdirectories. All in all, WinRipper is a nice tool that can be quite useful to have around. Inexperienced users shouldn’t have any troubles while installing or customizing this program, thanks to the intuitive interface and its overall simplicity.
