WinPSP Description

WinPSP is a stand-alone Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98 application that works with Microchip's PICSTART Plus entry-level PICmicro device programmer. Its origin was as a work-around for a bug in MPLAB that currently makes it virtually impossible to use the PICSTART Plus on Windows 2000 systems with more than one CPU. My original intent was to keep the application simple and tailored to my own specific needs, but over time I found myself adding enough generalized features to it that it became logical to put in a bit more effort and release it publically.
