Win Barometer is an application designed to offer information about the weather conditions in a specific region in the world. It enables you to choose from one of the existing city presets or locate the one you live in and displays information about air quality, temperature and humidity. User-friendly interfaceWin Barometer is an easy to use tool that presents a straightforward interface, making it accessible to just about anyone. From its main window you can spot the air quality indicator, temperature and humidity values as well as a forecast summary. Everything is available to you from a small window which means that you can leave the application on your desktop and keep an eye on it while you work. Additionally, Win Barometer is fitted with a ‘Stay On Top’ function that comes in handy when you’re using applications that run in fullscreen mode. Easily obtain weather information for your location Win Barometer comes with a series of presets for areas in the USA but it can very well locate cities from around the world. To find a specific spot, you have to type in its name and wait for the application to search for it. While doing so, the application scans its information database in order to provide the info you want. Once a city is located, a list of weather forecast sources is displayed and you can choose the one you prefer. Moreover, Win Barometer can be set to automatically update the information once every couple of minutes. A big disadvantage to using it Win Barometer depends on online sources to be able to transmit and display information so as long as the service is down, you are unable to use the application. Apart from that, it looks like Win Barometer hasn’t received an update for a very long time and chances are that it will not work at all.
