WebPic Description

An ActiveX control designed to display and convert images from over 20 formats to BMP, WBMP, JPG, GIF or PNG. WebPic Deluxe allows users to crop and resize images as well as copy and paste using Windows clipboard. It has built-in rectangle selection routine for easy cropping or copying a fragment of displayed image. Images may be displayed inside scroll box of user-defined dimensions or can be auto-sized. Control also features preview function.
