CMS is fully modular, self-installing, with multi-user support. Pros: Building websites, dynamic websites in particular can get to be quite tricky and programming intensive. Any tool that can help build a site easily and particularly without tangling with coding is welcome for many. WebGuru Publisher CMS is such a tool. It is positioned in the content management space that manages content for a site. It is free, open source tool for complete building of a website. For getting started copy installation folder from archive to the root folder of the website where you want to create the admin folder and go to the install folder from your Internet browser. If you are running this system under Linux/Unix, you need to setup permissions for writing on the root folder of the website. Creating a database and setting up a connection is the next step. This is a multi user version so that more than one person can be working on the development. Necessary access controls can be built in. Permissions for access and change/edit various areas of the site are controlled by the administrator. The application also has language-switching support so that visitors can change the language he wants to see the site in. It is SEO oriented so that you could create and integrate content that’ll enhance the optimization. With a little help from the Forms module you can build absolutely customized forms and send responses to database or send them on your e-mail. Files also are supported in forms.
