WeatherBug Vista Gadget is a useful widget that gives you the latest weather forecast details in any selected location, right on your desktop. Therefore, you can always be aware of the current weather conditions. The interface of the tool is made from a small frame that you can move to any spot on the screen, with the help of the mouse cursor. When it comes to making the configuration, you are required to select the degrees type (Celsius or Fahrenheit), location (city, state or ZIP code), city and station. Modifications are immediately applied with the simple click of the mouse button. From this point on, the primary frame shows the current, highest and lowest temperature for the current day, wind speed and direction, along with the same forecast details for the following day. In addition, you can bring up the default web browser and access pages on the Weatherbug website, in order to get an extended forecast view on the following days, along with webcam views, a satellite precipitation map, and other relevant information. WeatherBug Vista Gadget uses a minimal amount of CPU and system memory, hence it's not a concern to the computer's overall activity. It delivers quick weather forecast details, without causing the OS to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs in the process. We have not come across any issues in our tests.
