You then edit the raw audio into a finished product. For editing you could use simple operations like cut-paste to carry out the edit operations easily. This is facilitated by the waveform display provided by the tool. This tool provides two channels of recordings in the waveform format in a synchronized manner. Editing thus can be carried out precisely on both channels. The program lets you add quite a few effects to post-process the clip. These effects include echo, amplification and noise reduction. Though the main formats handled are WAV and MP3, it can manage other formats too. These include the well-known ones like wav VOX, GSM, WMA, real audio, AU, AIF, FLAC, OGG and others. This free version is the trial version. You can continue to use it for non-commercial uses. The registered version has additional effects and features. Editing operations include cut, copy, paste, delete, insert, silence, auto-trim, etc. Effects that could be applied include amplify, normalize, equalizer, envelope, reverb, echo, reverse and others. The interface makes it simple to position the cursor and hence the edit operations. The positioning is made simple through the zooming available when finding the start and/or end points in which the edit is to be applied. Searching and bookmarking the audio clip is easy too. It offers batch processing to make things easier even further. Additional features include spectral analysis (FFT), speech synthesis (text-to-speech), and a voice changer.
