WMD2FN Description

WMD2FN is a small, simple and easy-to-use application that reads the current date from the system and uses it to change the name of a specified file(s). The format of the new name can be given on the command line. To run WMD2FN from the DOS prompt, enter: WMD2FN filename.ext Where filename is the name of the file to change and .ext is the file's extension. Given the date May 4, 2007, this converts filename.ext to: 07-05-04.ext This is the default format for the date string used as the new file name.
