Vjamp Description

VJamp combines a Multi Media Player and easy to use video editor in one application. VJamp adds a Central Control unit for several playback windows to Microsoft Windows, including a video mixer window. VJamp is created from the VJ's point of view, with features like slow motion, repeat video fragments, mix clips, multiple playback windows, video thumbnails, several skins etc. VJamp turns computers into VJ (VideoJockey) stations, ready for improvised or pre-programmed playback of videoclips, on PC, laptop, beamer, TV or other attached display devices. Vjamp offers a rich environment for sound tracks too, with visual effects, pitch, repeat, sound fragment selection etc. In this way VJamp adds value to professional DJ & VJ shows as well as to home entertaiment. With version 2.8 new features are introduced: 1.A Windows Media based video compressor is added, to make new .wmv video files from existing video clips or clip fragments. 2.Window borders popup with playback window(s), to MOVE and resize these windows, and disappear again after a few seconds. 3.With the arrow keys, playback windows can be moved around the screen and mixed clips within the video mixer window. 4.With thumbnail skins, moving the mouse pointer to a thumbnail automatically loads the corresponding file in the remote control panel. 5.In Windows Explorer a VJ-option is added to all supported Multimedia files: Choosing VJ opens the file in VJamp. The VJ-option is available by right-clicking on a multimedia file in Windows Explorer, when the file type is supported by VJamp. 6.With 2.8.3 the stability is improved and the demo is extended.
