VEMS Description
VEMS can process raw data and perform database dependent searches. VEMS can furthermore analysis iTRAQ, Mass tag, SILAC, 18O labelled samples and do label free quantitation. The Mascot importer now uses dta files directly making it very easy to use Mascot for searching and VEMS for quantitation. Give VEMS a try to see what it's all about!
