Typer / Translator Description

This package contains two programs Typer and Translator. Were designed for people know Russian, but can't (or don't like to) type Russian. Typer is made for sending one-line strings to an application. It supports configurations for multiple applications, can "lock" on a window, an application or just send text to the last focused window. It supports "rule" files, so the user can create their own translit rule sets (two sets included - WER and classic translit). Translator is a text editor with two edit views, one - where you type the translit, and the second, where the russian text appears. It's more useful when typing large documents.
