The application can stream in many TV and radio stations from around the world under various formats: Sopcast, VLC, Tvu, Flash or WMP. The program automatically installs all the additional software it requires, thus saving you valuable time. After installation, getting to watch the desired channel or radio station is just a matter of seconds. Tv Wave displays a list of all supported channels from where you can easily choose the one you want to watch. The list can be easily sorted by number, name, genre, country or plugin used. With Tv Wave you can also create a favorite channel list so you can always find your favorite channels without going through the whole list again. The application can also make use of your TV Tuner if you have one installed. You can stream audio and video files using your TV Tuner or by simply selecting the desired video files. Several options are available here, allowing you to convert the image to grayscale, invert colors or flip it vertically or horizontally. Tv Wave comes packed with a lightweight web browser that gives you the possibility to quickly navigate your favorite websites. The quality of the video stream is not that great and it’s better suited for low resolution screens. Most of the High Definition channels are compressed and cannot be viewed at their true quality.
