Turbo Connect Description

Turbo Connect is an application that serves to boost the performance of your Internet connection in order to achieve higher download and upload speeds. In order to accomplish this, Turbo Connect uses several built-in or manual configurations that shields TCP / IP protocols from fragmentation and relies on an automatic ping feature that eliminates the possibility of getting disconnected by your ISP. The program is compatible with any adapter and includes a registry backup feature in case anything goes wrong. All of the changes are performed in real time and without requiring a computer restart. As far as the appearance is concerned, Turbo Connect doesn’t necessarily impress, but has the advantage of being intuitive, overall. Despite this, some of the options might pose a challenge for beginners who do not have advanced networking knowledge. For them, the most recommended option is the Automatic one; when set to use this mode, the program will attempt to make the changes automatically, without user intervention. However, more experience computer users could give the Manual mode a shot, provided that they’re familiar with terms such as Max Transmission Unit, RWIN (Receive Window) and Time To Live (TTL). These can be set to a custom value and tried on to verify if there are positive changes in speed. With the aid of the Ping feature, a custom host can be pinged at user-defined intervals, making sure that you’re not disconnected from your ISP. A sound can be set to play each time a ping is performed. All in all, Turbo Connect can be useful when you’re experiencing a slow Internet connection. Beginners can rely on the Automatic mode and have the program choose the best setting for them, while advanced users may experience with different scenarios and pick the one that works the best.
