TripTotal will also allow you to create, print and export your own reports in Excel format in various currencies. Exchange currency: Maintain a record of all your currency exchange transactions along with the exchange rates. Expenses: Enter various daily expenses incurred during a business trip along with the mode of payment and the respective currency. Flight: Record all information about your airline tickets, date, time and place of your arrival and departure etc. Hotel: Record your hotel reservation details of your trip. Appointments: Record all your Appointments for a particular trip. Visit Report: Generate a detailed visit report of your business trip for submission to your manager/employer. The visit report can also be exported to excel format. Cash on Hand: You can check the available Cash on Hand anytime. Trip Total can help you to manage Cash on Hand in multiple currencies. Customer Name(s): You can check the Customers for which the schedule has been laid down. The Names of the customers can be viewed at the top-right box of the form.
