EditBy Tortoise Mail is a POP3 and SMTP E-Mail Client written in PHP. By using Pear Package DB, it supports many SQL-Based Databases (dbase, fbsql, iBASE, ifx, msql, mssql, MySQL, oci8, odbc, pgsql, sqlite, sybase). It is also PHP 5.x compatible. Features: * Writing E-Mails with multiple Receipients. * Better performance, by loading the E-Mails from the POP3-Server once, and then saving them in the DB. * Displaying of HTML and Plain-Text E-Mails * For security reasons and as help against Spam only some HTML-Tags are permitted. * Folders for better overview over the messages (Currently only at one level) * Available in 10 Languages * Design individually customizable because of templates. * Easy translateable by using Language-Files. * Compatibility to many Browser by adherence to the W3C guidelines ensured. * Works with register_globals = Off. * Works with safe_mode = On.
