TimeSage Timesheets software is a time tracking tool. You can use a start/stop clock to record time spent on a task; tasks that may belong to different projects. This software helps with making a time sheet report format and takes care of project management functions. You would be able to support multiple time-sheets and add notes to the time entries, if relevant. The software is able to take care of entries spanning multiple days and can detect midnight and hence the day change automatically. It will be able to take care of time clashes between entries too. Payroll and billing timesheet options can accommodate any salary payment system. Depending on the need of the organization break time, work time, over time and weekends or rest days can be easily customized. Easy access is provided through the system tray, where the program can be running all the time. Easy operation through hot keys can be set up quickly. You could name the timesheets according to the project, customer, employees, data or whatever else that takes your fancy. That allows a system to be set up according to your convenience. Only include the timesheets you want when viewing project statistics or generating billing reports. Time entries could be edited where you may have forgotten to add the time details. Time sheet export in several formats is available to facilitate downstream processing by accounting packages, if needed. The export formats available include XML, HTML and CSV files (comma, tab and semicolon) for Excel, Calc etc. Additional facilities available in the Pro version are sharing of time-sheets, creation of unlimited time-sheets and custom configuration for regular import/export of time-sheets.
