It delivers a time tracking solution for professional service providers. These have been designed to meet the time tracking needs of specific segments of the service provider market, including both time tracking and time and billing applications. Timesheet application, time and expense tool for timesheet automation, billing automation, expense management, employee attendance automation, project management and task management are major functionality available. Both downloadable and hosted versions are free for 5 users. Provides fully automated timesheet functions with project expense management that has definable workflow path or the approval chain. Time sheet management lets billing be done properly to the right projects and rates. Quick day view and week view of time sheets are possible with a single click. Organization setups like departments, locations, roles, off day monitoring like sick days, vacations and client setup with client contacts and client departments as well as project setup are possible. Reporting filters are flexible and one can generate different timesheet summary reports based on client, project, employee, date, task, departments quite easily. E-mail reminders for employees to fill in entries not done. Project management is fully integrated, as are the collaboration features and lets project managers/team leads to monitor activities, tasks to be managed properly. Suitable e-mail alerts and intimations of different timesheet and project activities are available. Features are configurable including time, expense, attendance and billing reports. Suitable audit trails keeps track of a record of who did what for later verification if necessary. Active directory integration and other customization services are offered by the publishers. Cons: No particular difficulty noticed. Overall this is a feature rich application offered in two flavors one for the local network the other being web based.
