The Writer's Scribe is a useful tool that allows you to track and manage all your writings submissions. The philosophy behind The Writer's Scribe is that writers write. The software handles the business side of sending out your submissions, allowing you to focus on the creative side of your work. With The Writer’s Scribe, your submissions are under control. Main features: The Home Tab summarizes all of your submissions. Green / Accepted, Yellow / Pending, and Red / Rejected. The Stories Tab captures the genres of your work and can even store your document files, including your artwork. The Publishers Tab records whether a Publisher allows simultaneous submissions, their Web site, and genres. The Submissions Tab pulls it all together, recording which story was sent to each publisher, including dates and results. The Alerts Tab lets you set reminder dates, transfer them to your personal calendar via email, and track alerts that are due as Active alerts. The Sales Tab records sales, the date, and the type (flat rate, royalty, advance) to account for your sales by story, by publisher, and by date. The Expenses Tab tracks what you spend throughout the year. A collection of 18 reports keeps others up-to-date on your business, the business of writing. Easy Navigation from record to record. Track short stories, poetry, articles, and even artwork, sent to agents, publishing companies, magazines, academic journals, newspapers, contests or ezines.
