The Weekend Retailer Description

The Weekend Retailer is a powerful and reliable revenu system designed to record sales transactions which lead to the computation of sales revenue and their related sales tax. It also keeps a summarized running balance of both by sales dates. The program is in the form of a standalone Gnumeric spreadsheet. Its ease of use is similar to that of writing a receipt or that of making an entry in your checkbook's check register. When accessing this workbook for the first time, a blank Book1 will appear. Select the titled file from the File selection on the Menu Bar in the history section near the bottom of a drop-down list. The sales revenue system contains 104 worksheets, one for each Saturday and Sunday in a year. Of course, a user can make entries as he/she sees fit and can lengthen or shorten a year or begin anew by clearing the input data entries. Each, of the 104 worksheets, is identical and contains columns for Transaction Description, Price Proposed, Agreed Price, Number of Units Sold, Comment, Sales Revenue, Revenue Subject to Sales Tax.
