TargEval Description

TargEval is short for Target Evaluator. It allows you to easily measure and score paper targets from a shooting range, using your computer screen as a measuring board. What's new in this version: I had a program like this many years ago but misplaced it. So I rewrote this one from scratch. It's not at all polished, it's a development version just to see what else I could do. Play with it, try to break it, let me know what can be done to turn it into a product you would use. Just don't take it too seriously though, because I don't. It's only a hobby :-)
