TWTimer Description

The TWTimer application was designed to be a small utility that counts down from a set period of time entered by the user. On Wave-compatible systems, a wave file of the user's choosing can be set to play at the end of the indicated period of time. Mute, Pause, and Always-On-Top options are also featured.
